Riverside Operating is currently hiring for one full-time Production Technician for our Indiana field location - our field of operations is centered in and around Washington IN . It would be great if you already have a general knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to the oil and gas industry, however we are ready and willing to train a motivated person seeking a long-term career!

The Production Technician is responsible for monitoring and reporting on production and other pertinent information. This position provides maintenance on production equipment, oil wells, gas wells, gas gathering systems, and natural gas processing facilities. The position applies basic and some advanced skills to perform routine and complex operations using tools and equipment appropriate for the energy industry. The position requires the employee to apply understanding of the technical concepts, practices, and procedures learned in on-the-job training and safety meetings.

Pay rate : $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

The Production Technician performs independent field work and is provided a company vehicle. A reminder that this is outdoor work, year-round, regardless of the weather conditions. Frequent use of light hand tools and equipment associated with the operation of upstream oil and gas facilities required. Must have own basic hand tools; any specialty tools specific to work requirements will be provided by the company.

Weekday work hours (generally 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm) with scheduled rotation of weekend work and evening / overnight on-call. Must be self-motivated to consistently maintain facilities and flexible to perform discrete project goals safely and in a timely fashion. Safety equipment - this is a safety sensitive position, therefor proper PPE is required at all times.
