We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and expertise in human capital management.
Duties
- Employee Relations
- Conducting investigations into concerns / complaints and providing recommendations.
- Workers Compensation
- Managing claims and leading our return-to-work program.
- Leave Administration
- Administering LOA (FMLA / CFRA / PDL) and supporting accommodations related to pregnancy and disability.
- Performance Management
- Providing expert consultation to managers, including guidance on corrective action and termination decisions.
- Benefit Administration
- Supporting annual open enrollment and ongoing benefits management, including oversight of CalSavers enrollment and compliance.
