Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant position is responsible for administrative and office support activities for the office personnel and construction crew. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, working with tenants,data entry, creating spreadsheets and filing.

Maintain the schedule for the construction departmentInteract with customers for scheduling purposesUpdating our systems with receipts and time trackingPreferred Qualifications
2 year of office experienceExperience in a real estate office or property management office a plusWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to work in a high stress environmentMUST be able to multi task and management multiple tasks at the same time.
