We are always on the lookout for Customer Service Representatives who can deliver outstanding support, answer questions with confidence, and create a smooth, friendly experience for every customer interaction.
What You'll Do :
- Learn and effectively apply claims processing procedures
- Communicate professionally and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with accuracy and empathy
- Educate participants and resolve claim issues
- Enter benefit plan enrollments
- Professionally de-escalate challenging participant calls
- Work effectively with varied levels of personnel
