What you will need to have : high school diploma / ged. Experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment. Demonstrated success in cold calling and generating your own leads. What would be great to have : bachelor's degree or military experience. 3+ years of sales experience, particularly in consultative and relationship-driven roles.
