Job Summary :
The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, manage vendors, support HR and finance processes, and ensure a smooth workflow across departments. This is a critical role for someone who enjoys being the backbone of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accounts Payable & Receivable : Manage vendor invoices, customer payments, and follow-up communications; ensure timely bill payments and accurate record-keeping.
- Bill Pay & Financial Tracking : Handle regular payment cycles, reconcile statements, and assist with bookkeeping and expense reporting.
- Online Presence Monitoring : Regularly check and update listings and menus across platforms (Google, Yelp, social media, etc.) to ensure accuracy and respond to reviews or issues as needed.
- Third-Party Platform Coordination : Serve as the main point of contact for all delivery service partners (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.), ensuring menus, pricing, and service details are up-to-date and aligned.
- Administrative Support : Maintain office organization, supplies, and vendor relationships; support executives and ownership with scheduling, reporting, and communication needs.
- Reporting & Documentation : Compile regular performance, financial, and operations reports; maintain documentation for internal processes.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general tech-savviness.Knowledge of basic HR and bookkeeping practices is a plus.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degreeFluent in spoken and written English, proficiency in Spanish a plusPreferred :
