Job Title : Executive Assistant

Primary Purpose : Support Mens LG Leadership (GM & Design)

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in high-level administrative support, and cross-functional communication to anticipate needs, streamline daily operations, and enable the Design and Global Merchandising leadership team to focus on driving the brands creative vision and global product strategy.

The accomplished individual will possess :

  • Expert calendar and schedule management skills across multiple time zones, including coordination of seasonal design reviews, merchandising milestones, and global market meetings
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities

An outstanding professional will have :

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience, ideally within fashion, luxury goods, or a creative industry
  • Minimum 1-3 years supporting senior executives, preferably in design, merchandising, or product development environments
  • Acute attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • Professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills when liaising with internal teams, external partners, and global offices
