Responsibilities for Electrical Technician

• Evaluates the high voltage electrical system, product, components, and applications Helps to design high voltage programs by applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
• Communicates design changes and proposes changes to management.
• Confirms systems and components capabilities by designing testing methods Check finished product to ensure quality and that industry standards are met before they are declared complete.
• Research and tests manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
• Develop manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment.
• Testing finished product and system capabilities.
• Provides programming, troubleshooting, installation, and repair of EV elements.
• Maintains product database to document work results.
• Reads and understands prints and electric schematics.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
