Brief Description : This role is part of our HRIS team and is responsible for providing both strategic guidance and tactical support in the administration and support of policies, procedures, and systems. This role supports the daily operation of Oracle HCM through the evaluation and analysis of HR systems and business processes while maintaining accurate HR data.

Job Description : The successful candidate will set high standards of performance, be professional in all actions, seek new knowledge, and understand both technical and user-facing sides of HR systems. They will have in-depth knowledge of HR-related software and databases, and perform under the supervision of the HRIS Manager.

Responsibilities include :

• Providing support for Oracle HCM, including research and resolution of system issues.
• Managing Service Now tickets, conducting UAT testing, and collaborating with Business Process Owners.
• Reviewing quarterly releases, testing system updates, and maintaining test scripts.
• Developing training materials and ensuring compliance with laws and security policies.
• Monitoring system performance, identifying data discrepancies, and creating custom reports.
• Maintaining security roles and assisting with HR data corrections.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Additional Details : Work is primarily in an office environment, with occasional travel. Proper PPE usage is expected.
