Position Summary

The Recovery Housing Associate assists in the programmatic case management and daily operations of Isaiah House’s Recovery Housing (RH) properties and programs. This role is essential in maintaining stable, safe, and recovery-friendly environments for RH residents, while supporting their journey through addiction recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of RH facilities, ensuring a safe and structured environment
• Assist with case management tasks including client documentation, intake process, and client progress tracking
• Promote a recovery-focused atmosphere through positive engagement and accountability
• Respond to resident needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Help manage conflict and de-escalate situations when necessary
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support program goals
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies
• Transport residents as needed for appointments or program activities
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement of RH services
