Your Job

• The Digital Coordinator will help meet the daily operations goals to process all incoming cases daily.
• Manage and organizes daily responsibilities based on company priority level in correlation with production flow for that day.
• Coordinates with other support departments such as lab director, finance, technical, and production operations when calls received are outside their scope.
• Receives and schedules new digital scans in case management software.
• Invoices and creates shipping labels for completed cases.
• Communicates with dental offices for Rx clarification or missing information.
• Follows up with dental offices as needed on due dates and advises short date cases.
• Assist with creating the International Outbound shipments.
• Answers phones, schedule pickups, add fulfillment requests, process payments.
• Process patient photos, prepare implant parts, restock work stations, follow up on hold cases.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Location :

This [position is located at our 4G Dental Lab in Spring, Texas. Our network of dental laboratories spans seven states, with labs in Florida, Connecticut, Maryland, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Texas, and New York. The Leixir Home Office is in Tampa, Florida.
