Who We Are We’re a bold new start-up on a mission to shake up the world of social media. Our app is gearing up for launch - and we’re looking for a marketing trailblazer to help us take it to the world.

This isn’t just another marketing role. As our first

CMO , you’ll be part of the founding team, building our brand, shaping our voice, and creating the playbook for how we grow from zero to millions of users.

The Role You’ll own everything marketing - strategy, brand, campaigns, growth, and community. From designing our launch plan to getting the first 10,000 users (and the next million), you’ll be the architect of how we stand out in a crowded market. This is a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up role for someone who loves building from scratch and isn’t afraid to experiment, hustle, and think differently.

What You’ll Do

Craft and deliver the go-to-market strategy for our app launch.

Shape our brand identity and tone of voice so it speaks directly to our audience.

Drive user growth and engagement through creative campaigns, social media, partnerships, influencers, PR, and more.

Build and lead digital marketing initiatives including paid media, content, SEO, influencer marketing, partnerships, and PR.

Test, learn, and iterate - building a marketing machine that scales fast.

Bring data into the mix : set up funnels, measure KPIs, and optimise everything for growth.

Build and nurture an early community of superfans.

Work closely with the founders and product team to align marketing with product development.

Grow and lead a marketing team as the business scales.

What We’re Looking For

You’ve done this before : start-up experience is a must (ideally pre-launch / early stage).

Proven success in D2C marketing - you know how to acquire, engage, and retain users.

Experience launching and scaling a digital product or app.

Experience with social media marketing and community growth.

A creative thinker with a growth-hacker mindset - scrappy, resourceful, and unafraid to try new things.

Data-driven but also instinctively know how to tell a great story.

Entrepreneurial energy : adaptable, ambitious, and ready to move fast.

Bonus Points For

Experience launching an app or digital product.

Track record of building viral or buzz-worthy campaigns.

A strong network of influencers, creators, or media contacts.
