The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for helping ensure the safety and security of the facility, its employees, and visitors. This role involves overseeing security access and making sure facilities have items needed for employees to do their jobs successfully. This role is also responsible for managing the financial and administrative aspects of facility operations, such as tracking, approving and coding invoices from utility providers and other vendors. The goal is to support the Facilities Manager by efficiently coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring smooth facility operations. Management of work orders for facilities technicians.
