Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Service Manager. The Automotive Service Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure vehicle maintenance and repair services are performed to the highest standards, and handle customer service interactions. Additional responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining shop efficiency, and striving for customer satisfaction.

• Strong Communication skills
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience as an automotive service manager or in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; further technical certifications are a plus
