Duties :

• Review title abstracts and loan documentation in preparation for foreclosure sales
• Draft foreclosure notices, pleadings, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Appear in court for motions, hearings, and conferences as necessary
• Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and outside counsel
• Coordinate with internal staff and external stakeholders to manage case progression
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with procedural timelines
