Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive professional to serve as both Sales Support Administrator and Executive Assistant to the CEO. This hybrid role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities with ease, and enjoys problem-solving and building efficient processes. The successful candidate will play a critical part in supporting sales operations while ensuring the CEO is able to focus on strategic initiatives. This position will work full-time out from our Omaha HQ in office. It is not a remote or hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the sales team, providing administrative support and coordinating communications.
- Manage CRM data integrity, generate sales reports, and track pipeline activities.
- Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Support customer service inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Coordinate with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth client experiences.
Executive Assistance to CEO
Manage the CEO’s calendar, limited team travel arrangements, and daily priorities.Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.Conduct research and synthesize information to support decision-making.Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively identify ways to streamline workflow.Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in administrative, sales support, or executive assistant roles.Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent problem-solving ability and a proactive, resourceful mindset.Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional presence.Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; CRM experience (NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar) preferred.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.A creative, self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.Ideal Candidate Traits
