Position Overview
The Marketing Director is responsible for driving top-line revenue for the community by maintaining and exceeding budgeted average daily census and revenue targets. This includes oversight of external marketing efforts, direct selling, lead generation, and overall sales performance for the Nursing Home Center.
Essential Responsibilities
- Support the mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture.
- Function as a member of the leadership team to support and promote the company's vision, mission, and culture.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Be personally accountable for direct selling, achieving quotas, and maintaining personal lead data.
- Support and motivate team members to achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue goals.
- Ensure the product, services, and fee structure are accurately represented.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans in coordination with the Executive Regional Director of Business Development.
- Participate in weekly marketing meetings to discuss prospects, visit agendas, event planning, sales strategies, and performance expectations.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of competitors, their services, rates, and conduct updated competitive analysis.
- Provide honest and open communication with supervisors and the home office regarding challenges or concerns.
- Supervise outside business development activities for effectiveness and accountability.
- Attend all required community training sessions and participate in company training programs.
- Continue developing job-related skills through educational opportunities.
- Set individual goals for the sales team related to calls, follow-ups, closing ratios, and outreach activities, aligned with company standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
What We Expect From You
Combination of education and / or experience equivalent to a degree in marketing or a related field from an accredited college or university.Valid drivers license and liability insurance for travel using a personal vehicle.Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a skilled nursing facilitys admissions and marketing roles.Preferred Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for training and team building.Ability to explain service fee structures and perform basic mathematical calculations.Experience working with elderly residents with patience and compassion.High integrity, discretion, and respect for residents rights.Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.Ability to manage, supervise, coach, and motivate teams.Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning Yardi Lead Management software.#J-18808-Ljbffr
