Job Description
Senior Technical Product Manager who will be the people leader for a team of Technical Product Managers overseeing the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) product delivery. Knowledge of GRC risk management and prior people leader experience is a must. This position will assist in supporting the enterprise organization's goals and market needs, engaging with key risk stakeholders, internal ServiceNow, Archer, and Fusion delivery teams, the related vendors, and implementation partners with a focus on ensuring cohesiveness between new and legacy GRC products. Technical Product Managers at U.S. Bank oversee the strategic product management for an assigned technical product line(s) in support of the Enterprise organization's goals and market needs. Engages with key stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize features; ensures delivery of marketable capabilities for all U.S. Bank engineering teams while collaborating with agile teams. As a Technical Product Manager, you will :
Basic Qualifications - Technical Product Management experience
Preferred Skills / Experience - Expertise on the critical interdependencies among product model system elements that help and hinder performance; ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using business metrics, key performance indicators design systems, service blueprints, and reusability - Technical know-how understands the product technical architecture and understands the economics of technical investments - Demonstrates deep understanding of target customer through internal / external research (e.g., creation of personas, story maps, product chartering / mapping experience) - Strong collaboration with software engineers to execute product vision and roadmap - Preferred skills : product strategy, vision and planning, product discovery, product development, agile ways of working, enterprise technical alignment, and performance measurement and optimization
The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
