Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations from our wine and cocktail list
• Engage warmly with guests at the bar and dining room
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Handle cash and card transactions via POS system
• Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth service
• Monitor guest intoxication and adhere to all alcohol service laws
