Our client is a leading provider of advanced manufacturing and automation solutions, specializing in equipment and services for the electronics assembly industry. They are seeking an Applications Engineer to join their team. Salary for the role is 65k-80k.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and support technical projects related to the installation, integration, and optimization of surface mount technology (SMT) and automation equipment.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure project timelines, specifications, and budgets are met.
• Assist with equipment configuration, testing, and troubleshooting during implementation and post-installation phases.
• Provide technical support and documentation for equipment performance, maintenance procedures, and process improvements.
• Conduct site visits as needed to oversee installations and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and service departments to deliver customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed reports, project documentation, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay current on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in electronics manufacturing and automation.
