Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day operations of a sales team of approximately 70-75 personnel
Drive business growth through data analytics and innovative revenue strategies
Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to develop and implement effective sales plans and campaigns
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in SMB Telecom or Tech with a successful sales background in a call center environment
3 years of experience in managing sales teams within the Telecom or tech industry
3-5 years of experience with IVR and call center technology platforms
Proven ability to build and motivate sales teams while analyzing sales trends
College degree with 5+ years of professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
