Strong work ethic, discipline, and performance record Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace or related software Solid understanding of health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement benefit programs Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing sensitive employee data Excellent communication skills to explain benefit programs and resolve employee issues Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and HR-related reporting tools for audits and data tracking.

About the Role :
The ideal candidate will possess experience in administering and managing a comprehensive suite of benefits, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans, as well as various leave of absence programs, such as FMLA, short-term disability, and personal leave.
What will you be doing day to day?
- Primary responsibilities include all benefits and leave administration functions.
- Administer benefits programs including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, open enrollment, processing new hires / changes / QLEs and reconciliations.
- Support coordination of leave programs across multiple states such as short and long term disability, FMLA, Workers Comp, Military, parental and other leaves of absence and state sick pay.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefit options, plan changes, claims issues, and eligibility.
- Assist in resolving benefit coverage issues with providers as needed.
- Assist with reviewing leave and benefit records for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and audit HRIS systems for accuracy in benefits enrollment, deductions, and eligibility tracking.
- Support compliance with federal and state laws including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and state-specific leave laws.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
