Overview
Orci is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Integrated Producer to join our team. The Integrated Producer role is about bringing creative ideas to life across television, radio, digital, and social media platforms. This position requires strong production expertise, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to guide projects from concept to delivery.
Our producers are both organizers and storytellers. They navigate the production process from pre-production planning through post-production finishing, ensuring quality, efficiency, and creativity at every step. They partner with agency teams and external vendors to translate big ideas into tangible campaigns while keeping budgets, timelines, and deliverables on track.
This role demands fluency in multiple mediums, including broadcast, digital, and social, as well as hands-on experience with in-house studio production (filming, editing, recording, and mixing). They serve as Integrated Producer on multiple integrated, multi-track projects simultaneously while understanding project priorities in the context of agency and client expectation. The Integrated Producer ensures that final assets are flawlessly executed, trafficking, reporting, and closing projects with precision.
Our ideal candidate is a calm force in the chaos of production : solution-oriented, resourceful, and always pushing for excellence. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, inspiring trust across teams and ensuring that every story we tell reaches its audience with impact.
You’ll Do – You’ll bring ideas to life by managing production from start to finish, ensuring campaigns across TV, digital, radio, and social are seamless, impactful, and beautifully executed.
