In this role, you will be working in our main office, a beautifully restored Victorian Home. You will be the first point of contact for customers and callers, delivering top-notch customer service with a warm and professional demeanor. Your role includes maintaining a welcoming, clean, and organized office space, ensuring a smooth flow of operations and providing essential support to our teams. In addition to these responsibilities, you will play a key role in assisting with day-to-day clinic operations, performing duties such as patient liaison, insurance verification, records maintenance, payment collection, and coordination with calendars for appointment scheduling. You will also be key in maintaining our Electronic Health Record and filing systems.
