Manager, Creative Direction

Our enterprise telecommunications client is looking for a Manager of Creative Direction to join their team in a full-time capacity. This position is a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office / 2 days remote). This person will need to set in one of the following office locations : Atlanta, GA; Kansas City, MO; Denver, CO; or Frisco, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong digital background with hands-on experience crafting creative across Email and Direct Mail, and there is an opportunity to touch other channels. Strong Figma skills are essential - especially within a modular design system. Confidence and depth of experience in email marketing in highly valued; the more email experience, the better. This role also oversees a small team of 2-3 designers / art directors, but must also be comfortable rolling up their sleeves and doing the work when needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Translate business briefs into AI-enhanced, customer-centric marketing campaigns.
• Develop breakthrough brand strategies rooted in consumer insights and market trends.
• Lead the integration of emerging technologies and creative practices to maintain client's marketing edge.
• Transform data insights into actionable creative strategies that elevate campaign performance.
• Guide internal and external creative teams to produce on-brand, high-performing content.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign development across digital, email, social, and other channels.
• Partner with in-house studios and agencies to bring briefs to life through compelling storytelling.
• Ensure all creative assets meet brand standards and campaign objectives.
• Lead creative reviews and feedback sessions with senior leadership.
• Implement scalable design templates to accelerate production timelines without sacrificing quality.
• Drive performance by exceeding KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversion, churn, and redemption.
