The Role :

As a Cost Accountant, you'll play a vital role in our finance team, helping us maintain a competitive edge and maximize profitability. Your work will directly impact key decision-making by providing accurate cost analysis and insightful recommendations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze production costs and develop detailed cost models to support decision-making.
• Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and expected costs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and efficiency improvements.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Provide recommendations to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Maintain and update standard costing practices.
• Participate in month-end close processes and prepare related journal entries.

Compensation : $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
