|  As a Controller, you will head our corporate accounting function, overseeing general ledger management, treasury operations, ACH processing, and financial controls.

  • This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across all company entities.

    • You’ll collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to support clean audits and timely filings, while partnering with the financial planning and analysis team on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.  Schedule :

  • This is a hybrid position, Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm CST.

    • What You'll Bring :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.  Advanced degree, MBA or MS, preferred.  Certified Public Accountant designation.  Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting leadership experience, ideally within a multi-entity organization or professional employer organization (PEO).  Proven track record of managing audits, financial reporting and compliance at a senior level, including consolidation of multiple entities and interaction with boards or executive leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S.
  • GAAP, multi‑state payroll and tax regulations.

    • Ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams, implement internal controls and process improvements, collaborate cross‑functionally and communicate complex financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.  Benefits Available :
