Overview
Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading our commercial marketing digital content initiatives. The role requires a unique blend of strong writing skills, email marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of social media trends. This candidate will be responsible for creating compelling written content, managing our social media presence, and planning and executing high-performing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO / GEO-optimized content (blogs, white papers, case studies, newsletters, website copy, etc.)
Craft messaging that aligns with the brands tone, positioning, and business goals
Plan, write, and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, lifecycle emails, promotional campaigns)
Use A / B testing and segmentation to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions
Work with design and development teams to build and optimize responsive email templates
Create and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
Monitor audience engagement and community management
Track and analyze performance, report on key metrics, and make data-driven improvements
Knowledge and Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and email metrics
Strong project management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop and Premiere)
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
1-3 years of experience in content writing and social media management
Preferred Qualifications
Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and proactive in taking on new challenges
Working Conditions
Office Only : Typically works in an office environment
Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time
May involve travel to meetings, events, and conventions
Salary range : $68,640-$80,000 annually for this role in Fremont or City of Industry, California. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
