A company is looking for a Service Operations Analyst to provide technical support and enhance service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure rapid resolution of incidents and requests with a customer service focus
Manage ticket resolution through the ITSM tool, taking ownership of issues until resolution
Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement permanent fixes and support onboarding of new services
Required Qualifications
Experience in a large organization providing Enterprise IT support
Familiarity with ITIL processes for service management
ITIL V4 foundation certification or higher
Technical experience with Windows servers, desktop OS, and Microsoft 365
Understanding of LAN / WAN networking and firewalls
