The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role will oversee digital and traditional marketing initiatives, manage campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to help us expand our reach, strengthen our brand presence, and generate high-quality leads.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in construction, home services, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms).
  • Creative thinker with excellent writing and content creation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with graphic design or video editing (a plus).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns to promote services (roofing, siding, gutters).
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email, and paid ads.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content that highlights projects, customer testimonials, and company culture.
  • Oversee website content, updates, and performance analytics.
  • Track and report on key marketing KPIs (lead generation, conversion rates, ROI).
  • Coordinate community events, sponsorships, and local outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
