Passionate about coaching, supporting, and developing talent, with experience in partnering with business leaders to develop high performing teams, building talent pipelines, and driving associate engagement. Skilled in conducting HR trend analysis with large data sets and turning insights into actionable solutions. Strong ability to connect the dots in complex situations, deriving insights that are critical to advancing organizational goals. Responsibilities : Deliver HR initiatives, programs, and processes, including performance management / annual review, total rewards, headcount planning, talent review, and succession management. Communicate effectively across all levels and situations, responding promptly and appropriately to questions, feedback, and difficult discussions. Engage in workforce planning to identify long term and temporary staffing solutions aligned with organizational goal's. Guides managers in hiring and developing high-performing teams, building diverse talent pipeline, and driving associate engagement. Diagnose and resolves complex or ambiguous associate relations issues; conduct rigorous analysis and recommend solutions to HR leadership. Conduct HR trend analysis and uses data to identify and recommend solutions.
