This is a 6-month contract opportunity based out of Irvine, CA / Los Angeles, CA (Remote). The HR Data & Technology Team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Data Privacy & Data Governance Coordinator on a contract basis. This role is essential to enabling compliance with data privacy regulations and will focus on privacy assessment coordination, documentation and progress tracking in support of our remediation backlog efforts. This role will be dedicated to multinational HR data privacy efforts with greatest emphasis on the U.S. and Canada. As a HR Business Partner, you will support various business areas within and outside of HR. This consulting role requires an experienced professional who can provide expertise across the full scope of HR functions, including Performance Management, Total Rewards, Talent Development, Associate Environment topic and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. You will partner with business leaders and the HR team to consult, design and deliver HR solutions, manage large scale projects, and drive the HR strategy. Qualifications : 10 years plus experience as a corporate HR business partner. Spent time working on a strategic project, worked on high-performing teams while demonstrating the ability to deal with ambiguity. Passionate about coaching, supporting, and developing talent, with experience in partnering with business leaders to develop high-performing teams, building talent pipelines, and driving associate engagement. Skilled in conducting HR trend analysis with large data sets and turning insights into actionable solutions. Responsibilities : Deliver HR initiatives, programs, and processes, including performance management / annual review, total rewards, headcount planning, talent review, and succession management. Build and maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders, appropriately challenge leaders, and provide clear solutions to talent-related topics. Communicate effectively across all levels and situations, responding promptly and appropriately to questions, feedback, and difficult discussions. Consult with HR Specialist teams, including associate relations, benefits / leave administration, compensation, and recruiting, to deliver outcomes to the client group. Engage in workforce planning to identify long-term and temporary staffing solutions aligned with organizational goals. Provide thought leadership, education, and tools to effectively manage organizational change and transition. Coach and guide managers in hiring and developing high-performing teams, building a diverse talent pipeline, and driving associate engagement. Support talent and performance management programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business objectives. Diagnose and resolve complex and / or ambiguous associate relations issues; conduct rigorous analysis and recommend solutions to HR leadership. Conduct HR trend analysis and use data to identify and recommend solutions. Enhance organizational learning and development by facilitating / supporting training programs on leadership development, change management, and performance management. Participate in broad organizational development projects, programs, and business initiatives, such as change management, business transformation, and restructuring, using demonstrated thought leadership. Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent attraction, development, and retention. Foster an inclusive work environment that leverages diverse talents and abilities. Execute on initiatives and projects, in partnership with the business and HR leadership teams. Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC : $70 / hour to $85 / hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and / or experience.
