Solution Design and Architecture : Design and architect highly scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions, considering emerging technologies and industry best practices. Technology Integration : Select and integrate cutting-edge technologies (hardware, software, cloud) to build robust and efficient solutions. Technical Documentation : Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing solution effectiveness. Presentation Leadership : Lead presentations and discussions, effectively defending your proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Implementation Collaboration : Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of your designed solutions. Optimization Identification : Identify opportunities for optimization within existing systems and propose innovative solutions to improve overall efficiency. Emerging Technologies Monitoring : Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, actively evaluating and integrating them into your solution strategy. Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing : Mentor junior Solution Architects and share your expertise by contributing to internal knowledge sharing initiatives. Team Leadership Experience : Demonstrated experience leading and guiding teams to achieve project and organizational goals. Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is a plus. Minimum 7 years of experience in solution architecture or a related technical role (e.g., software development, DevOps, systems engineering) 3-5 years of experience in solution design and implementation, with expertise in a specific domain (e.g., cloud computing, security) Solid experience working with ReactJS, Node.js, and Javascript . Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex technical projects Mastery of a broad range of technical skills relevant to the role, including cloud computing, enterprise architecture, and IT security Strong ability to generate innovative solutions and develop new approaches within the solution architecture field Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and consider long-term implications Certification in solution architecture (e.g., AWS / Azure Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect) is a plus. Experience with enterprise integration patterns and best practices Hands-on experience with cloud platforms with AWS. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs and solutions Experience with automation and orchestration tools Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide technical teams Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget A personal computer with stable internet. About the role :
We're looking to hire a full-time remote Solutions Architect II . As a Solution Architect II, you'll be empowered to define your own work and set the technical vision for assigned projects.
Given broad business direction, you'll generate new frameworks, concepts, and methodologies within the solution architecture field. You'll be responsible for crafting your own roadmap and creating challenging yet achievable projects, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
