Our company, a growing medical device manufacturer with ~$40M in annual revenue, is seeking a Cost Accountant to join our finance team. Reporting directly to the Controller, you'll be a key player in analyzing costs, optimizing inventory valuation, and delivering the financial insights that keep our business moving forward.

What You'll Do

• Own the numbers that matter Maintain and analyze standard costs for products (materials, labor, overhead) and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Keep us on track Monitor, reconcile, and value inventory across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods while supporting cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Be our financial storyteller Prepare accurate and timely reports, journal entries, reconciliations, and cost metrics to keep leadership informed and aligned.
• Shape the future Contribute to annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and strategic decision-making by analyzing spending trends, production efficiency, and margins.
• Collaborate cross-functionally Partner with production, supply chain, and engineering to evaluate cost impacts of process improvements, new product launches, and capital investments.
