Overview
The Claims Paralegal role plays a critical role in managing incoming legal documents and supporting cross-functional teams in responding to service of process items. This position requires strong familiarity with civil procedure, legal terminology, and risk management practices, particularly in connection with workers' compensation and insurance operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, discretion, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and accurate handling of subpoenas, complaints, administrative charges, and related pleadings.
