Food Manufacturing Sales Coordinator (Sales Support & Projects Specialist)

Job purpose

The Sales Team Administrator plays a critical supporting role in ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations and cross-functional projects. This role is responsible for managing item setup across retailer portals, coordinating dieline and packaging assets, maintaining accurate product data through platforms such as 1WorldSync, and providing essential project coordination support.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities across both internal and external stakeholders. This role is best suited for a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or retail environments.

Duties and Responsibilities

Retailer Portal Management

• Manage item setup and content uploads across major retailer portals (e.g., Walmart, Target, Amazon).
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with each retailer's requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve portal-related issues in collaboration with sales and IT teams.

Item Setup and Maintenance
