Overview

Woodshop Production Manager at CabCraft Interiors Inc. Lead and manage the day-to-day woodshop operations in a fast-paced production environment. This hands-on leadership role requires strong supervisory skills, deep understanding of woodshop machinery, and the ability to coordinate complex production workflows while maintaining top-tier quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day woodshop operations and production teams.
• Read and interpret blueprints, cut sheets, and architectural drawings.
• Coordinate production schedules and timelines with project management staff.
• Supervise employees, monitor work quality, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Program and operate CNC routers (or oversee programming).
• Manage material ordering, inventory, and final product inspections.
• Oversee proper use, maintenance and repair of shop tools and equipment.
• Ensure safety standards and cleanliness across the shop floor.
• Assist in the hands-on fabrication and finishing of custom products as needed.
