Position Summary

Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and / or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).

Monitor and manage productivity of the area by preparing, reviewing, and / or analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on logistics and company policies, procedures, monitoring compliance, and maintaining supporting documentation. Identify associate, customer, and / or supplier concerns and determine corrective action or recommendations to resolve issues.

Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation as appropriate.

Location : 6000 Walton Way, Mount Crawford, VA 22841-2029, United States of America. The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00-$98,000.00. Some roles may include additional compensation based on location, performance, or other factors.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
