Position Title : Culture and Student Support Specialist (12-Month Position)

Reports To : Dean of Culture

Position Summary

The Culture and Student Support Specialist plays a vital role on the campus culture team, working to establish and maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment. This position directly contributes to the academic success and social-emotional development of students by fostering a positive school culture and ensuring the smooth execution of key schoolwide systems.

Key Responsibilities

Schoolwide Operational Support

• Ensure all schoolwide activities are executed with operational excellence.
• Maintain safe and orderly transitions throughout the school day, including class changes, lunch, arrival, and dismissal.
• Support incident documentation processes, ensuring all OSP / OIG reports and incidents are properly entered into Aspen and PowerSchool.
• Collaborate with Peace Warriors, Learning to Rise, social workers, and the Behavioral Health Team to coordinate interventions and student supports.
