Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-semester contract position is available for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Des Plaines, IL. This role offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to support individuals' growth and success within an educational or clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct prehensive behavioral assessments and functional analyses
• Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and staff to promote positive behavioral outes
• Provide training and supervision to staff implementing behavioral plans
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to meet clients goals
• Maintain detailed documentation in pliance with regulatory standards
