Grade Levels : High School (11th and 12th Grade)

Caseload : Two days / week servicing about 30 students with IEPs and supporting crisis intervention alongside another social worker.

AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated School Social Worker to provide onsite therapy to high school students (11th-12th grade) two days a week in Chicago, Illinois. This FMLA role begins mid-October and runs through mid-February. In this role you will work alongside another social worker as well as a multidisciplinary team to support students’ emotional, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Responsibilities

• Provide full-time school social work services to high school students, two days / week 7 : 40 AM-3 : 40 PM.
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address social-emotional developmental and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support young students’ social-emotional and behavioral skills across both classroom and individual settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
• Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
• Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.
