Business Analyst (E-commerce Systems)

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (E-commerce and Tax Systems).

Key Responsibilities

Document existing Salesforce-Vertex processes and identify gaps in order flow, tax, and reporting requirements

Lead workshops to gather requirements and translate them into business documentation and use cases

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align integration needs and support testing activities

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in process documentation roles

Strong background in documenting business processes and integration requirements

Experience with system integration projects, preferably in eCommerce or tax systems

Familiarity with Salesforce eCommerce or Vertex tax systems is preferred

Experience in a B2B manufacturing environment is a plus
