A company is looking for a Sales Ops Compensation and Planning Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Build, test, and maintain compensation plan models and run commission calculations
Develop quota-setting methodology and conduct quota calibration exercises
Maintain headcount models and produce hiring models tied to annual operating plan targets
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Compensation, or Finance in a SaaS or high-growth environment
Hands-on experience building and maintaining compensation and quota models
Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills, including scenario modeling and complex formulas
SQL fluency and experience with Salesforce
Experience with compensation platforms (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Anaplan) is a plus
