Job Description
The Senior Sales Engineer for Strategic Acquirers is part of the Visa Acceptance Solutions (Cybersource) – North America team. This role requires a blend of sales ability, technical expertise, and deep knowledge of payment technologies including card present technologies, fraud solutions, and network tokenization.
Responsibilities include conducting technical discovery calls, providing demonstrations, creating technical architecture diagrams, authoring best practices, and documenting solution requirements across various verticals such as retail, e-commerce, and mass transit. The role involves pre-sales support, collaboration with internal teams, and some travel for meetings and events.

Qualifications
Basic : 8+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 2+ years with a PhD.
Preferred : 8-10+ years in technical pre-sales within payments, deep knowledge of payment technologies, experience with vertical-specific solutions, and ability to travel up to 35%.
