Description : Job Summary : The Associate Marketing Manager supports the execution of assigned marketing initiatives and helps deliver the annual growth plan for Asahi Beer USA. The role contributes to building brand equity through campaign support, innovation projects, and commercial planning. With access to global brands, insights, and capabilities, and supported by Octopi Brewing— a leading production facility based in Wisconsin — Asahi Beer USA combines local agility with global scale to deliver high-quality, distinctive products to U.S. consumers and drive growth across the RTD and beer categories.Job Responsibilities : Brand & Communication Strategy SupportContribute to the development and execution of brand communication plans across digital and trade channelsShare ongoing U.S. market and brand updates through internal channels (e.g., What’s on the Tap, newsletters)Support internal engagement initiatives such as the Brand Ambassador ProgramRespond to consumer inquiries and manage day-to-day brand presence on social media, including “always-on” contentSupport Marketing Managers with media planning, PR initiatives, and campaign executionMaintain and update the seasonal planning calendar across current and upcoming years Project & Event ExecutionSupport the activation of brand strategies in the Madison region, including managing local agency relationships and executing eventsIdentify and negotiate brand presence at local events and sponsorship opportunitiesCoordinate influencer collaborations, PR sampling, and branded activationsOversee POSM inventory, merchandising tools, and execution materialsSupport the concept, design, and production of merch / SWAG New Product DevelopmentAssist in the commercialization process of new products, including gathering costings, specs, and coordinating timelinesBrief and collaborate with creative agencies to develop packaging visuals and compsManage internal review and approval processes for new pack artworksOrganize and coordinate sample shipments for launch, sales, and promotional purposesSeasonal Program Management Lead the coordination of TRI seasonal programs (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Spring / Summer, Halloween, and holiday)Develop seasonal sales materials including spec sheets, program decks, pricing, and sample kitsCollaborate with the Category Manager to build compelling seasonal selling stories for the sales teamMaintain and update the seasonal planning calendar across current and upcoming years

Requirements : Education and Experience : Bachelor’s degree completed (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred). Some prior office-based work experience (e.g., internship, part-time job, administrative role) in marketing, business, and communications is required.Demonstrated interest in marketing, branding, or consumer behavior. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with attention to details. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient using digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint, social media platforms).Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
