• Manage and complete assigned projects independently, delivering results within agreed timelines and milestones.
• Optimize production unit operations by analyzing performance data and implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with all divisions of the complex to resolve site production issues.
• Participate in developing and monitoring operating budgets (fixed and variable costs), partnering with Finance to control costs and report monthly performance metrics.
• Support the development of operating procedures, review and validate training materials, and update documents required for ISO certification.
• Build strong relationships with Integrated Planning and Business Teams to drive unit optimization.
• Identify opportunities for optimization using knowledge of variable production costs and propose innovative projects.
• Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to address client specifications and inquiries.
• Develop personnel management skills, including understanding policies and practices for supervising employees.

Working Experience

3+ years of relevant experience

Required Personal / Professional Skills

Excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
