- Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, research, negotiation, and other tasks related to the practice of Law. We are a busy, growing transactional law practice in Vero Beach, seeking an experienced

- to join our dynamic team. Our practice specializes in estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianship, corporate entity formation, and real estate law. We also provide legal representation for several local government boards, creating additional opportunities for those with experience in local government law. This is a_

Associate compensation offered will be based on the applicant’s credentials and experience.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Engage directly with clients to provide guidance and solutions tailored to their legal needs.
- Manage a caseload involving estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianship, corporate law, and real estate matters.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to uphold our core values of Integrity, Communication, Teamwork, and Excellence.
- Represent local government boards as part of our growing portfolio of services.
- Qualifications
- 3+ year experience in estate planning, probate, guardianship, and transactional legal work.
- A graduate of an accredited law school, eligible to work in the United States, and Florida residency is required.
- Strong legal research skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Admission to the Florida Bar is required
