We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Anaheim, California. This Contract-to-permanent position plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, managing customer accounts, and maintaining strong client relationships through efficient collections and clear communication. Responsibilities :

• Process daily accounts receivable transactions with precision to ensure data accuracy.
• Handle customer cash applications and credit approvals, maintaining updated account records.
• Oversee pre-liens, waivers, and releases while coordinating with the sales department to address related matters.
• Generate detailed end-of-month reports and contribute to the maintenance of accounts receivable databases.
• Document all interactions and collection activities to ensure proper record-keeping.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, offering accurate and detail-oriented assistance.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve payment discrepancies and improve overall efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards during all accounts receivable operations.
