Come be a part of a dynamic team of providers that includes three family medicine physicians, two physician assistants, and a care support nurse, plus an exceptional support staff. Typical services here include physical exams, womens health exams, sick visits, well-child visits, school and sports physicals, and the management of chronic health conditions. Providers will occasionally make nursing home rounds. Blood work and lab services are on site. The practice also has a skilled licensed clinical social worker to help facilitate behavioral health needs for patients.Teaching opportunities arise when NP / PA students visit.
