Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney Location :  Miami, Florida  Salary : $130,000 – $200,000 (commensurate with experience) + Bonus

A premier plaintiff trial firm is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with 3–10 years of litigation experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have trial experience —as either first or second chair —and a strong passion for representing injured clients.

Responsibilities :

Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement

Conduct and defend depositions, mediations, and court appearances

Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to prepare cases for trial

Evaluate claims, develop litigation strategy, and advocate for clients in court

Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure outstanding service

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership (state-specific)

3–10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience

Experience as 1st or 2nd chair in jury trials preferred

Strong written and verbal advocacy skills

Excellent case management and negotiation abilities

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive base salary : $130,000 – $200,000 , based on experience
